I am excited and honoured to be appointed Men’s President for 2025 and look forward to working closely with Rosemarie, the Ladies’ President, along with the Presidential team of Ray, Denise, David and Gail. A big thank you to the Bowls Devon Executive team who work tirelessly behind the scenes, and to my Club, Paignton, for their ongoing support.
As President I have a chance to meet new players, old friends, attend Clubs throughout the County and to see firsthand the work that the volunteers do to ensure that our Clubs continue to grow, succeed and are accessible and inclusive to all who wish to participate in the sport.
Good luck to you all for the upcoming season, to those that enter competitions whether at Club, County or National level, and I look forward to meeting as many of you as I can, whether on my travels around Devon or at the National Finals at Leamington Spa.
