Exonia

Founded in 1901 the Exonia Bowling Club, a private members Club, has enjoyed entertaining visitors to Exeter. It is a Club steeped in history and nestled close to Exeter University and the City centre since 1929. The club plays host to Clubs from all parts of the British Isles. A warm welcome has always been extended to visitors both on the green and in the bar and social area following a match. It offers everything a bowler could wish for:-

• An excellent green – for several years the home of the Devon Middleton Cup team.
• A well stocked bar, catering facilities for light meals and snacks.
• Comfort.
• Its own car/coach park.
• Its three rink indoor green – the home of current international bowlers.
• Its honours boards leaves one in no doubt of its excellence.

The successes of the Club for more than 100 years are well documented, and during this time many members have achieved international status and held national and international offices.
