Plympton

Plympton Bowling Club is a mixed club formed in 1962. The club plays its bowls in Harewood Park. It takes a full part in County competitions, Plymouth & District Leagues and friendly mixed matches. 

There is a full range of club competitions. The club has a strong social aspect with the Friday club night being very well attended. During the close season members meet weekly to play target bowls, darts,bar skittles,bingo and a quiz. The added attraction is the club bar which is well stocked. The Club holds an annual Open Day to bring in new bowlers who are coached and looked after by a dedicated team of instructors, covering all aspects of the game.
